Workshops will be allocation on a first come, first served basis. Please indicate your four workshop choices when booking.
Workshops include:
•It's Not Fair - We all know how to do fair tests, and so do our children. But how much do we know about the other types of science enquiry?
•Fun Practical Activities in Primary Science - What you need at the start of a lesson is something short, simple and dramatic which makes the class think. This demonstration gives you loads of ideas using household items and chemicals.
•Developing Scientific Literacy: Socratic Discussion - Encouraging students talk and discussion of controversial issues.
Timstar look forward to seeing you!
